I am on a journey to lose 200 pounds (or more). The choice to share this information has been a difficult one, but I feel the one way I can accomplish this goal is by sharing my story, one day at a time, letting people know what I am doing and asking for help and support along the way. I have given my co-workers permission to beat me over the head if they see me trying to eat something unhealthy. This is just the beginning!

This has been a life long struggle and actually being a chef has little to do with my weight
problems. It is actually more "adding fuel to the fire" than anything else. I have had my
ups and downs and am now trying to put a stop to the yo-yo and lead a healthier life and make better choices.
